Based on the design of Tsuyoshi Kon's favorite Heartbreaker eH-202TRSC, the body is made of 43mm thick ash 2-piece, and the newly developed original tapped humbucker type pickup was created in cooperation with KARIYA-PICKUPS with sound design by Shozo Shimura. It is a model that is equipped with this and further enhances its "combat power". This is a guitar that can be used for practical purposes, showing its ability not only when cutting, but also when soloing.
eXpresso II Humbacker2 Tapped pickup and hardware The sound was designed by Shozo Shimura, and with the cooperation of Minoru Kariya of KARIYA-PICKUPS, which boasts over 20 years of experience as a pickup manufacturer, Kariya uses his own unique method to make full use of the winding machine. This is a pickup that is completed by wiring by adjusting the tension, winding width, feed pitch, etc. The structure deliberately eliminates the metal plate and adopts a vertically placed ceramic magnet and a 6φ extra-thick pole piece, which has a quick start-up and punch, yet expresses subtle picking nuances, and has a thick and glittering low end. It produces a relatively flat sound with a high end that isn't too harsh. What's more, it's clear and has little noise, which is unique to Providence, and it's compatible with the Vitalizer-G1. This pickup is suitable for modern sounds and is recommended for arpeggios and distortion sounds that make full use of spatial effects.
The hardware uses Gotoh SG381 MG-T pegs, which are recognized by Tsuyoshi Kon, who is particular about pitch, and a 510T-FE1 bridge that is an excellent match, ensuring stable tuning even with flashy arming.
Setup by Shozo Shimura

Active Impedance Converter VITALIZER-G1 The built-in circuit includes Vitalizer G-1, which Tsuyoshi Kon always uses. It transmits a powerful, low-impedance signal from the guitar itself without compromising the passive sound as much as possible, making it effective even when running long cables or using many effectors.
